I've been wondering about climate change, air moisture and the future of big snow in Anchorage. Amongst all the other great information, thank you for covering that aspect.

While the long term trend will be for more rain-in-winter, as the past 12 months have shown, big snowstorms are still a thing when all the atmospheric pieces come together. Anchorages extreme precip events of course go along with others around the state and the world in the past several years. Warmer oceans, warmer atmosphere means that when the atmospheric drivers come together, rain and snow events above whatever threshold you pick are going to go up.
